The program
Since 1997, Chairman's Club has been the most prestigious corporate recognition program at Delta Air Lines. It's unique in that honorees are nominated and selected by their peers and validated by Delta's most senior leaders — the employees who consistently demonstrate the "Delta Difference" in how they care for customers, coworkers, and their communities.
Each year, just 100 honorees are chosen from across nine Chairman's Club Business Units spanning the entire company — 100 people out of a global workforce of more than 100,000. The top one percent of one percent. A Delta employee can be selected only once in their entire career — but once inducted, they are members for life.
Extraordinary people deserve extraordinary recognition. — Delta Chairman's Club
The brief
Thirty years is a milestone that asks for reverence, not spectacle. The film had to honor three decades of honorees — people who lead with integrity, inspire others, and raise the bar across Delta's operation — while charting the course toward the airline's next century of flight. The result treats an internal recognition program with the craft and emotion of a feature: sweeping, human, and unmistakably Delta.
